Upgrading Prespective

Before upgrading always make a backup!

The tool will migrate script references and fields, if something goes wrong some script references and script data can be irreversibly lost.

If anything goes wrong during the update, please reference My upgrade didn't work, what to do next .

Upgrading with versions after 2020.*

The updater can be found in the About window Prespective → About

Open

This will then open up the About window, where you can select to update Prespective. By first selecting the “I have made a backup“ checkbox and then pressing the update button, the project can be updated to the latest version.

If you haven’t made a backup yet, this is the time to make one.
