When dragging control points, hold Left ALT to scale from center. Hold Left SHIFT to scale uniformly.
Add as many additional Floor Elements to the Floor Plan as needed. Adjust their size and position to form the desired Floor Plan. Moving a Floor can be done by either changing its position values in the inspector, of by dragging the Floor in the Scene View while Edit Floors is enabled. When moving Floor in the Scene View, by default Floors snap to each other. Hold Left SHIFT to disable snapping.
